Jorge Mendoza is a NYC building manager who dreams of becoming a dictator. Winner of Student Selects and Jury Honors at the Columbia University Film Festival 2014. Produced by Willem Lee and Rob Richert. Starring Jorge Alberto Alvarado.

This movie blurred the lines between fact and fiction. We cast my real building superintendent on 120th street, shot in his apartment, worked with his wife, interviewed real professors, shot in the UN. We mixed those elements with fictional interviews and interludes to create this absurdist comedy.

WINNER: Audience Award: Best Student Short. Austin Film Festival 2015
